Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from After Hours ("we", "us") through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly), and if we do, we'll refund you in full.

2. Pre-orders

Pre-order items are made to order. You pay when you place your order. We'll dispatch by the date shown on the product page. If production is delayed, we'll email you with a new date and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in GBP. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely via Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.

4. Discount codes

Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, may only be used once per customer unless stated, and can't be combined with other offers unless stated. We may withdraw a code at any time.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the UK and the European Union. See Shipping & Returns for costs and timings.

6. Returns & cancellations

You can cancel and return items within 14 days of delivery, as set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

7. Product information

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and measurements may vary by 1–2 cm. Some images on this site are digitally created to show the product design.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the After Hours name, AH monogram, logos, designs and images, belongs to After Hours and may not be used without permission.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
