How does the pre-order work?
Drop 01 is made to order. Pre-orders are open until 12 October only, and every pre-order gets 10% off, applied automatically at checkout. When the pre-order closes we send every order to production, and all orders ship by 9 November.
When will I be charged?
You pay when you place your pre-order, like any normal order.
How will I know when it ships?
You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. Contact us before the pre-order closes and we will refund you in full.
How much is delivery?
Free in the UK. £9.99 to Europe and £14.99 to the rest of the world, or free worldwide on orders of £100 or more.
Will I pay customs fees?
Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your local customs and are paid by the customer on delivery.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. Returns are free in the UK. International customers pay for return postage.
How does the hoodie fit?
Oversized and boxy with dropped shoulders. It is unisex. Size down for a closer fit. See our Size Guide for exact measurements.
What is it made from?
480 GSM heavyweight cotton-rich fleece with a soft brushed interior and a structured outer, made to hold its shape.
How should I wash it?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Do not tumble dry. This protects the embroidery and keeps the fabric structured.
